Nick Arkinson

Principal, Levatso Holdings, LLC

Nick is the Founder and Principal of Levatso Holdings, LLC. Prior to founding Levatso, Nick was a manager in PwC’s M&A Advisory practice in New York. Before PwC, he worked for Hagerty Consulting specializing in emergency management with a focus on recovery and reconstruction of public infrastructure. Nick spent four years in Madrid and London in corporate finance roles before joining Hagerty Consulting.

During Nick’s time with PwC, he advised dozens of financial and strategic buyers and sellers on pre-deal diligence, operational planning, and transaction execution across various industries in the U.S. and Latin America. Nick was an industry generalist whose experience included post-merger integration, carve-out planning, operating model design, and process improvement to maximize deal value.

Nick received his MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, where he completed a general management curriculum with a concentration in strategy and finance. Nick received his BA in Political Science and Spanish from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA.
